These terms are the agreement between you and BOBO VPN. By creating an account or buying a plan you accept them. Please read them once; they are short.
BOBO VPN provides a private VPN connection through our apps and servers. Features and server locations can change over time as we improve the service.
You must be at least 18 and give us a real email address. Keep your password private. Your plan is for your own use and the number of devices shown in your dashboard. Please do not share, resell or publish your account.
Plans are paid once for a fixed time and are not renewed automatically. Buying again adds time to the days you have left. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change for future purchases. Promo codes are single use or limited as described when issued and have no cash value.
Card payments are processed by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments. If a payment is not completed or fails verification, the plan is not activated.
You agree not to use BOBO VPN for anything illegal, to attack or harm other networks or people, to send spam, to commit fraud, or to abuse the service in a way that harms other customers (see Fair usage below). We may limit or suspend accounts that do.
BOBO VPN is for normal personal use. Fair usage means your use does not harm the service or other customers. It applies to every plan, including TV and router devices. Streaming and downloading are fine within fair usage. If an account uses far more than normal, we may slow it down or limit it, and we will contact you first when we can.
We work hard to keep the service fast and online, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or work on every network or in every country. Maintenance and outside factors can affect it.
Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
You can stop using BOBO VPN at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will refund the unused time when the closure is not your fault.
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that we could not reasonably foresee, for problems caused by your own device or network, or for how you use the internet. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the problem. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version and we will email you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and the courts there have jurisdiction, without taking away any rights you have in your own country as a consumer.
